Any member found by Able Limited Editions doing any of the above or to have done any of the above may have their Arena membership suspended and or terminated without any notice at the sole discretion of Able Limited Editions.
The strictly confidential procedures for reporting any above noted behaviour of any member to Able Limited Editions will only be available via the Contact Us page/s in the password protected Arena. No other means of reporting any such abuse will be acceptable to Able Limited Editions.
Procedures for appealing against any Able Limited Editions decision to suspend and or terminate any membership will also only be available via the password protected Arena. Able Limited Editions therefore hereby strongly advise all members to take careful note of the appeal procedures as soon as possible after becoming an Arena member. No other means of appeal will be acceptable to Able Limited Editions.
In the context of fair usage: each member is solely responsible for any existing fair
usage policy/terms & conditions laid down by their service provider re downloading etc. Able Limited Editions will not be laible in any way whatsoever for any member abusing or misusing any such fair usage policy, term, or condition. Able Limited Editions therefore hereby advise all members not to try to download all free ebooks etc in one session, or in several sessions within any one such fair usage accounting period (usually one month), if doing so may result in them abusing their respective fair usage allowance (bandwidth).
In a similar context (fair usage), although Able Limited Editions do not express any
limit to the amount of copies of any free ebook etc any member may download, all
members are hereby notified that downloading from the password protected Arena
will be monitored. That is for several reasons; but mainly in an attempt to prevent
