Unless required by UK or International law, no private detail of any Arena member
will be knowingly given, sold or passed to or shared with any other member or any
other person whosoever by Able Limited Editions. That is unless any member of any public body demands and has the relevant UK authority to obtain any such detail from Able Limited Editions, Able Limited Editions will not knowingly give, sell, pass or share any such detail to or with any person whosoever by any means whatsoever.
In the above context: it is the sole responsibility of each Arena member to ensure
they do not disclose any private details to any other member by posting any such
detail in any email to any other member, by Blogg or Forum etc on any Able Limited
Editions site. They also must not disclose any private detail of any other member to
any person whosoever by any means whatsoever without the relevant legal consent of the other member in question.
If any member knows or has any reasonable suspicion that any such detail has been thereby illegally or unlawfully obtained by any person, they ought to inform Able Limited Editions first within a reasonable time. Procedures for doing so will only be in the password protected Arena. Able Limited Editions will then investigate.
If any such breach has then been found to have occurred, Able Limited Editions will take all reasonable steps to remedy the breach. And that may include reporting the incident to relevant policing bodies on behalf of the complainant.
There will be a link within the password protected Arena whereby any member may
change their personal registration details at any time. Able Limited Editions hereby
strongly advise all members to use that feature regularly, to help prevent any such
abuse.
