Terms & Conditions of Arena Membership
1. The governing laws relating to this arenaebooks.com site and the Able Limited Editions Arena are and will continue to be those of the UK and any relevant International law.
2. Segment-specific terms & conditions relating to submission of work will only be known as the Rules of Submission.
3. Rules of Submission will only be available to members from withing the Arena. But in any event, the Rules of Submission will only relate to the in-house editorial concerns. They will thereby not be made available to the genral public at large.
4. The Usage and Privacy policies and Rules of Submission may be altered by Able Limited Editions at any time without notice to reflect any acceptable or madatory change in the governing laws. But Able Limited Editions will clearly indicate on any relevant Arena page that changes have been so made.
5. Valid membership will only result from (i) any direct written invitation from Able Limited Editions (ii) any member of the general public at large purchasing a copy of any valid title via the arenaebooks.com shop, the ablelimitededitions.co.uk shop, or the lionebooks.net shop (iii) or any member of the general public at large paying the one-off membership fee via any of those aforenoted online shops, then opting to accept membership via email sent to reg@arenaebooks.com stating their email address, full name, full land mail postal address, and their source of entitlement to Arena membership.
6. Able Limited Editions will only then investigate Arena entitlement after receiving the aforementioned email and will send login details to the applicant by email only.
7. It is and will be the sole responsibility of each member to ensure they themselves are aware of and understand any relevant law, Usage Policy and the Privacy Policy before accepting membership and the Rules of Submission thereafter accepting.
8. Due to the nature of downloads, Able Limited Editions will not be in any way whatsoever liable for any damage whatsoever suffered by any member and or any other person howsoever caused.
9. Lifetime Membership means for the lifetime of the member in question or Able Limited Editions whichever ends first or until Able Limited Editions exercises their discretion to expel the member.
10. Force majure applies, which generally speaking means that Able Limited Editions will not be in any way whatsoever liable for any damage whatsoever suffered by any member whosoever caused howsoever due to any act of God whatsoever and or any act of war whatsoever and or any act whatsoever of any hacker whosoever.
